coffee cups came with chips in the rims. I was unable to take a picture to complete the claim process and unable to reach anyone by phone.

I purchased two sets as a wedding gift and the person I got it for was thrilled. Fast, easy service from Amazon.com. I would recommend anybody looking for this product to order from Amazon.com, most sruff is in stock and the prices are great as is the service.

I have shopped at Amazon before with no problems whatsoever, not this time though.
I ordered 2 sets and I am happy with them, they are very cute. I also ordered the matching spoon rest - don't bother. It is very cheap looking and nothing I want in my kitchen. Unfortunately, each set came with a broken dish (actually, not broken but shattered) howerver; the stoneware mugs which are supposed to be more breakable were all in one piece, go figure. I called Livingware directly and they are sending me replacements with no problem. Yea, for that.
I'm not happy with Amazon right now. Two days after I placed my order the sets were reduced in price by $5.00 each. That would have saved me a total of $10.00. When I requested a credit on my account Amazon refused. So I guess I will cancel my Amazon credit card and do my shopping elsewhere where they appreciate their customers. Not a happy campre at this point.

I first purchased Corelle dinnerware in the 70's and was very pleased with it but got tired of the avocado green flower pattern after 25 years. I gave away the old set of Corelle and replaced it with Pfaltzgraff, which unfortunately is much heavier and has been much more prone to chip, break, and show scratches. So I decided to return to Corelle. I really like the look of this pattern, and although I was concerned about breakage during shipping and handling, I decided to order them from Amazon, based on the positive reviews and the assurance that Amazon and/or Corelle would replace any damaged pieces. I ordered one set with the blue mugs and two sets with the matching glasses; the order was placed on a Monday with free super saver shipping, and I had the sets by that Wednesday! They arrived in perfect condition. I am very excited to start using them; they are much lighter to handle, which is especially a plus for children and the elderly, and they fit much more easily into the dishwasher and the cabinets. Thank you, Corelle and Amazon!

While I really love the items, what's really surprising is that the items were shipped so fast! Shopping at Amazon is really fun and reliable!
